Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:
✔ The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
✔ A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
✔ We accept both defective and non-defective items for returns.

How to Return

To initiate a return:
📩 Contact us at Help@aulaset.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
📦 Our customer support team will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
🔍 Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy.

Refund Process

✔ If your return is approved, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method.
✔ Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

🔄 We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.

Non-Refundable Items

🚫 Gift cards and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement at no extra charge or issue a full refund.
