Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return: The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We accept both defective and non-defective items for returns.
How to Return
To initiate a return: Contact us at Help@aulaset.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our customer support team will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.

Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement at no extra charge or issue a full refund.
